Coronavirus (Covid-19) - an update for our customers

Our top priority is to the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues, and all of their families as we all manage our way through these extraordinary circumstances.
The coronavirus affects us all. Perfect Shutters want to reassure you that we are still taking customer orders and still fitting shutters. However, we will continue to pay close attention to advice from the World Health Organisation and the government.
We have introduced a wide variety of measures to keep our customers and everyone in our head office, showrooms, warehouse and our network of local advisers as safe as possible.
Existing Customer Orders
Customers who have placed orders for shutters that are presently in production or pending delivery, rest assured that our factory is now 100% operational with producing and shipping your order in the usual 10-12 weeks. However, our current UK situation has caused a slight delay with your final shutter delivery and installation.
New Customer Orders
We have temporarily suspended home design visits for the safety of our customers and advisers. However we can provide design advice and pricing examples via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Email and phone. You can also download or request a printed version of our brochure which is full of inspiration. You can also view our full range online.
As the situation continues to evolve, please know that the entire Perfect Shutters team is doing everything possible, and an amazing job under very difficult circumstances, to maintain our service to you and all our customers.

Are your showrooms still open?
No, our Aintree, Allerton and Wirral showrooms are temporarily closed. However like all retailers, we are monitoring the Coronavirus situation daily in line with government guidelines.
Please know that the health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority and we have put in place special measures in-store to help stop the spread of Coronavirus.
I would like to book a home design visit but am nervous about having someone in my home

I have ordered shutters and would like to delay having them fitted
This is not a problem, just call our customer support team on 0151 525 0050 between 9.30am and 5.00pm and they will be ready to help you.
I have ordered shutters – will my order be delayed? What happens if it is?
Currently, all completed orders are subject to a small shipping delay and we hope this will return to normal very soon. We will, of course, contact you immediately about your existing order to discuss the next steps.
I am self-isolating do I need to cancel my design visit or install visit?

Is your Installation team still working?
At present we are still carrying out shutter installations for our customers. To ensure we safeguard our employees and customers we have put in place a number of special protective measures in line with the latest government advice.
What precautions are your showroom, delivery, and installation team making to help stop the spread of Coronavirus?
We are encouraging all employees to follow public health guidelines and take sensible precautions.
These include practicing the recommended hand hygiene routines; stepping up the cleaning processes of our stores, warehouses, and factories; minimising contact with surfaces; politely declining drinks and avoiding shaking hands or making close contact with each other and our customers.
We are also encouraging our sales, surveyors and installation teams to ask customers if they can wash their hands upon entering and leaving the customer’s home.
